We have listed, in alphabetical order, the hotels most popular with Book Fair attendees. We no longer block rooms with special Book Fair rates because we've found that the rates which hotel reservation departments give us are never as good as the discounts they offer on their own websites. In essence, their sales departments are in competition with their own websites.

The best hotel rates are usually found on each hotel's own website or on cheap travel websites.

Arlington hotels are rarely sold out on Mother's Day weekend. We suggest that you book a reservation in advance. Then starting about 14 days before the Book Fair, check hotel websites and cheap travel websites again. Room rates often start dropping at this point. It is not unusual to see discounts as steep as 50% publicized as late as one or to days before the Book Fair.
